Today it's... THE LITTLE GUY... who goes to war, struggles to pay bills and pays THE PRICE one way or another for a corrupt political system that rewards The Special Interests for turning the government against the best interests of The People... AND... this won't change until we make it change.
 

THIS WON'T CHANGE UNTIL... THE LITTLE GUY RISES AND SAYS...
 

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

24 years after 9.11...
 

America is still in peril and every day more and more people find themselves losing their jobs and businesses, their homes and their faith in The American Dream and for good reason. Find that reason, "The Purpose" for the struggle, for the pain or for the loss and Hope is truly on the way. Fail to make good sense of it all and hope slips away day after day after day.
 

When times get tough it's up to you to stand strong. Deciding to uncover the purpose for the pain and for your strength of mind and common sense is a choice that only you can make... but believe me when I say, it makes all the difference in the world.
 

Today we know it's not right when college students burdened with tuition and credit card debt choose a first job for the "purpose" of paying down their debt. Predictably, too many perform poorly in positions that barely hold their attention and are forever limited by their unimpressive dreams and resumes.
 

And what about the high-tech engineer... highly educated and skilled. She knows she can do more, a lot more as she waits patiently for her boss to be promoted or to recommend promotion when the "opportunity presents itself".
 

But don't we really need "her time" and opportunity to be right now? Can we really afford to keep her ambition at bay?
 

And what about... the factory worker who ensures excellence and precision day after day as he endures never ending rumors and threats of job layoffs. With his attention on financial fear he never seriously considers organizing his own ideas... and his co-workers into a company of his own. Just imagine how many jobs he could create if he wasn't so preoccupied with saving his own job and putting food on the table or saving his home from foreclosure.
 

And somewhere in America...
 

A Teacher wakes at 3am. With eyes wide-open she reaches for a sleeping pill instead of the pen and paper that would open her eyes to the idea trying to see the light of day... each night.
 

And a Security Guard dreams of airtight port security but instead of writing his ideas down and backing them with research and attention he thinks to himself "Too bad I didn't go to college, no one will ever listen to me." So, he turns his thoughts to Seinfeld and away from the needs of his Nation.
 

And...
 

Somewhere in America a Pharmacist complains to his wife about his boring life. In the shower before work, Inspiration visits him with an idea for senior prescription cost savings, and he responds by mumbling under his breath "I don't have the time".
 

And a woman enters a Mosque and prays for peace. When she leaves the Mosque, she feels a calling to bring people together. Too afraid to take the next step, the peace that she seeks... remains beyond all our reach.
 

What have right now in America and around the world is tremendous unrest… and painful political, economic and social divisions.
 

TODAY... what we need, more than anything else is a robust philosophical solution to 24 years of Endless War and for everyone to see that Our Ancestors released the magical power of "The Philosopher's Stone" into the world on July 4th 1776 when they gave US...
 

The Idea of Equality for All.
 

In case you didn't know...
 

The Philosopher's Stone is a mythical alchemical substance with great healing qualities that is also thought capable of turning base metals, especially lead, into gold.
 

In other words, The Philosopher's Stone turns common resources into something rare and very valuable... just like The American Dream.
 

Why is "America's Philosophical Solution" so important?
 

Because somewhere in the mind of a person like you is the idea for an American Dream or two and in these troubled times... WE... need to be able to depend on the college student, the engineer, the factory worker, the teacher, the security guard, the pharmacist, the believer and of course You...
 

To do more than anybody thought could be done.
 

That's 'the secret' behind The American Dream. 

Not long ago I re-watched Nova's show on 'Saving The Founding Documents'. Funny how seeing the same thing again after your experiences have changed makes for a new "lens" for seeing the same thing in a different sometimes more powerful way.
 

Seems I'm not the first person to attempt to re-brand America... Lincoln already did it by re-seeing The Declaration of Independence and "The Declaration of Equality" in a different more powerful way. Lincoln's second look at this Founding Document gave Americans a new lens for re-seeing their Better American Self.
 

Seems he couldn't find what he was looking for in the United States Constitution or the Bill of Rights so he kept on looking. He was looking for the moral solution to "Why We Fight The Good Fight" and "why we stay together". And Lincoln found his solution in The Declaration of Independence and so did Martin Luther King... And so will we.
 

I thought about these two great men and how they were men who became great... because they understood a great truth about mankind and used a single great idea to create America's moral solutions when America needed "great leaders" to get US off the destructive path we were on. I also thought about America needing great leaders today as we try and re-build our economy and win the war on terror... but our leaders aren't even trying to be great or win anything but the next election.
 

Their only course for America is charted by the "Science of Words" and their guiding Purpose is Power... and time after time they prove the only solutions, they care enough to seek are to the problems of financing their next campaign. And the people who have all the answers to those problems are the ones who have enough money to fill campaign coffers and "Think Tanks"... which have become One Stop shopping for Candidates to shop for money and words.
 

Amazingly it's now more fashionable to join a think tank and advance a well-financed and pre-conceived objective than to discover the truth that you might be in part wrong or that someone with a different orientation might be needed in "part" to make you... completely right.
 

Just ask those who conceived the Iraqi war plan whether they might have given more thought to the armoring of vehicles if they intended to take the ride after the invasion. If you don't believe "them" capable of giving you a truthful answer then ask the newlywed widow what truth means to her and if other opinions at the planning table might have made for a more complete "right" course of action for her version of The American Dream.
 

The simple Truth was and always has been The Whole of US... represents the better and lasting promise of US all. This is the binding principle that Lincoln and King died trying to defend.
 

Remember This: The Civil War and The Civil Rights Movement... were "think tanks" of a different sort.
 

‘The Shot Heard Round The World’… started the original ‘Race to a Better Place’ in Massachusetts. Only most people don’t call what began in April of 1775 a race. Most people call it The Revolutionary War. And they are right it was a Revolutionary War… but it was also the start of a new race between competing ideas.
 

Why does this matter?
 

Because if Americans can learn to see The War on Terror today… in terms of a race… instead of an 'endless-war'... Well, then ‘the hidden secret’ to winning this War of Ideas... becomes crystal clear when ALL of US finally see...
 

AMERICA'S REVOLUTIONARY WAR isn’t over. Not yet.
 

We are just getting it wrong in too many places right now.
 

America suffers from a multifaceted, generational leadership crisis and the real danger lurking just out of our sight is America losing faith in the ideas that made America great. Our money problems are just the most obvious symptom of the leadership void and it just doesn't help when political and media elites who know better... try to blame one group or another for all of America's problems when there are so many people who deserve a share of the blame and the shame.
 

America... We have all the advantages: A history that we are proud to be born into, rich natural and cultural resources... and top-notch education, health care, high-tech and financial industries. Our people are smart, courageous, talented and diverse in all the best ways.
 

Unfortunately, the social fabric that holds America together is tearing and 'We'... are in a very deep hole right now and there is no way to make our way out of this economic mess by tax increases on the rich or spending cuts alone.
 

Yes, America's tax system is broken and we borrow far too much money and spend too freely and a great deal of that spending comes from political entities that have sold their soul to the desires and interests of the special interests.
 

Yes many, many cuts do need to be made but once we head down that path it won't take long to see that some of the cuts we face if made will change the fundamental 'Good Nature' of America and that's one cut America can never afford to make.
 

America's political and social culture is on a very slippery slope and a very scary ride is likely heading our way and there may only be one solution that is still left.
 

America MUST work her way out of this mess one American Dream at a time and that means it's going to take time, maybe lots of time and it's going to take lots of blood, sweat and tears.
 

For some the cause of the blood, sweat and tears will become a difficult and painful burden to bear... but for others, it will be the cause of a lifetime. A cause that gives special purpose and meaning to every breath they take.

Political differences aside Americans are united by this... Our joined truth: 

America's potential is diminished less the precious contribution of ANY one person... and Only After the potential of each person is reached will we as a nation be able to ensure that each American is Safe... Fed... Educated... Insured and Secure in Old Age. 

What if it was possible for expectations driven by renewed hope and vision of a full and meaningful life to be yours again... Would you be ready this time?  

Regardless of decisions and circumstances that appear to stand in your way, a chance to summon the freedom, faith and courage to pursue your best and most inspired ideas is right before you. Do not be concerned if your vision can’t be supported by logic and if your experiences and resources make your best ideas seem implausible... never lose hope... Because there is always a 'Way'.  

Your life is filled with many controlling interests for your attention and abilities and because of this… getting to your “best” thoughts is easier said than done.  

Do you wonder why fate is clearly on the side of some, yet not on yours?  

If you wanted to change your fate would you know how? Countless men and women before you have also wondered why and how. As they did, fleeting impulses of thought raced through their minds giving them quick but magnificent glimpses at personal and societal changes.  

Most people respond to Inspiration by doing nothing... because their life circumstances don't support taking financial and emotional risks. So, they ignore their 'inspired' ideas or spend more time thinking about why something couldn’t be done instead of developing plans for proving that it could. But a few, those we call "inspired"... have learned to trust their ideas enough to begin working on them, and because they did, they created value which was rewarded over time by money and personal satisfaction.  

Guided by a strong sense of purpose these individuals may appear to the casual observer to possess qualities and resources which the “uninspired” require to begin. But they do not.  

Be assured at times they too felt great dissatisfaction, hesitancy, restlessness and uncertainty about the role fate plays in a person's life... just as you do, but at a personal crossroad they realized the energy stirring these emotions from within could either be the source of their accomplishment or the burden of a lifetime.  

These fortunate souls finally learned to trust the importance of their inspired ideas and because of this began to believe that their life was on Purpose. Perhaps more to the point, over time, they began living a life that they came to believe was right for them... no matter what other people thought.  

Getting your life right… It’s an amazing concept, isn’t it?  

You are not alone if you struggle with the idea that maybe your life just isn’t right. That somehow you need to be doing something else or you need to become someone different. Do you have a sense of what that something or who that someone is? If you do, then what’s holding you back? If you don’t know... why don't you? Do you search for your purpose and wonder if there is there a higher plan? Do things really happen for a reason?  

These are big questions to be sure. Questions that no one including me can answer for you. Yet your personal truth depends upon how you decide to answer these questions… inevitably determining your odds for “getting your life right”. You might wonder… can you really change the course of your life? And if it was possible and you wanted to… how would you start?  

Well… have you had an idea that seemed important when it flashed into your head and caused you to become excited and you begin to think that maybe you could…?  

This is Inspiration.  

But most likely (and unfortunately for you), the “realities” of your life reveal too many obstacles and burdens to make this vision anything more than a tease at what could have been if only…  

But if all great people, ideas and accomplishment are born of Inspiration... why would you ignore yours?  

This next passage briefly highlights the experience of one young woman who like most people had every reason to turn her back to Inspiration as the conditions of her life didn’t support taking chances or pursuing unrealistic dreams.  

By 25 Joanne’s interest in writing had provided her with no financial success having started two novels only to abandon them both. As a single mother her responsibilities were enormous and made the pursuit of her passion difficult to defend. But still she persisted.  

Joanne recalls the moment when she embraced her inspiration:  

“It was the weirdest feeling. I was on the train, and it seemed liked the idea was just floating in my head. It was like the idea had been floating around waiting for someone to write it, and it chose me. It was like an explosion in my head. It was like magic, I know that sounds corny, but it was like pure inspiration.  

You can always tell when you have had a good idea when you are writing because you get this physical response to it, a surge of excitement. You can normally tell the good ideas from the bad because of that gut feeling and you get physically excited. I never felt such excitement. I've been writing for years, and I just felt that this one would be so much fun to write.” - Kaitlin Bolger and J.T. Sprague, Newsday  

It took six years from the moment of inspiration to the publishing of her first book. During those years Joanne cared for her daughter, worked as a teacher in the afternoons and evenings and wrote in the mornings. You can imagine that through those years she endured many challenges including a period of time spent on public assistance. Yet in the face of it all she knew that pursuing that single idea was the right thing for her to do. That "knowing" changed her life and contributed to the lives of millions of people throughout the world. You see Joanne is J.K. Rowling the author of the Harry Potter franchise of stories.  

What if... J.K. Rowling chose to ignore this inspiration that was in such stark contrast to the realities of her life?  

You can be sure that it wasn't easy for her to decide to commit so much given her responsibilities. Logically there were certainly more reasons not to dedicate her time, thoughts and energies to writing about the wizard boy. And you can also be quite sure that she faced criticism and skepticism from people that were close to her for not better supporting her daughter, but still she kept going.  

What if Inspiration visits us all and is a part of our human condition?  

What if... You never embrace the inspiration and ideas that float in your head?  

Perhaps at this very moment you are taunted by an idea that seems always present. Or like many other people you have another feeling that doesn't seem to leave you, instead of an idea there is a void.  

In your life "something is missing" and you don't know for sure what it is. No matter who you are, where you come from or where you thought you were destined to go... the journey of a lifetime is available to you when you make a single decision to turn your back to a life driven by memories of the past that diminish your expectations and decide to embrace your own personal path of Inspiration.  

It isn't a lack of magnificent ideas, possession of skills, opportunities and resources that separate average people from the artists, inventors and leaders who have embraced their inspiration and made a life out of it.  

What divides the lives of "inspired" people from the rest of society is a determination to turn their thoughts into reality.  

Just as you do, they had self-doubt and were consumed by skepticism and fear in the beginning. Their enthusiasm greeted with criticism from friends and family members and their path lined with obstacles just as yours is. In the beginning they didn't possess the resources or the skills to see their mission through but they did possess a developing faith in the outcome of their efforts.  

The tragic flaw for any individual is their failure to recognize and embrace the ideas and thoughts that are the result of their own inspiration. Throughout our lives we are all touched by inspiration. Do not doubt this truth as it is the basis for what is possible for all men and women especially those who may be unsatisfied with their place in life.  

All people are created equal with a gift of self-expansion... and an inclination towards self-defeat. It is within the thoughts and beliefs of men and women where social and economic separation resonates and insight for advancement is born. The choice is always ours and so are the consequences when we choose poorly.

Not long ago I ended a day of fishing, sitting high upon a hill overlooking the ocean and Woods Hole.
 

I remember thinking how nice it was that someone had designed and cleared a spot on top of the hill so I could sit and reflect upon the setting sun. That's when a glimmer of light caught my eye. It was a plaque on a stone designed to reveal the true purpose for the space. A place to preserve the memory of a wife and daughter who is missed and loved.
 

Terrorists brought Neilie Anne Heffernan Casey's journey to a tragic end when American Airlines Flight 11 and The Twin Towers in New York became her last sight.
 

My eyes welled up, chills filled my body and I said a prayer asking God to help make sense of this tragic loss. I was overcome by a wave of humility and a sense of regret and shame that I had spent so considerable an amount of that day's time, being frustrated to no end by the pain and the fact that so much of my time had been taken away.
 

With a deep sense of humility and renewed sense of purpose... I said good bye to the spirit that gave way to this beautiful spot, on top of the hill and I thanked God for allowing me to see the beauty and 'magic' of The Sunset that happens day after day after day and always... Right on Time.

 

Friends and neighbors... IF YOU... see something scary in the world or something important that no one else seems willing to pay the price to get right... Don't be afraid to step into your Inspiration and fix it.
 

You won’t ever possess all of the pieces, so you don’t need any one of them to begin. For a very special moment of time, You and I are just a part of the whole of it. If the problem is bigger than You then don’t be afraid to think and dream big, because in the end those who will help are naturally attracted to big thinkers and leaders with lots and lots of proven... Freedom, Faith and Courage.
 

When so much needs to be done, how can You be sure You are Good Enough, Strong Enough and Smart Enough to do what needs to be done?
 

The truth is we don't know. Because we don't know which promises You will keep and what Beliefs, Pain and Promises you will come to see your Self let go over time. No, we don't know, but we can Believe... in You, Your Equality and Your Ability to make the right choice when the time comes for You to decide between Right and Wrong.
 

Go ahead... find the purpose for your Pain, Darkness and Shame, "See the Light" and in some way, shape or form... Share the Light and the new "Way" that you see and not the Pain, Darkness and Shame.
 

For centuries mankind has debated the question of 'Nature or Nurture'... in explaining away the differences in destiny and fate. But maybe it's finally time to place a new emphasis on the nature of 'Self-Nurture' and the important role that Beliefs play in determining one's 'Light or Dark' place in this world.
 

Because of Social Networking technology it's possible for everyone, perhaps for the first time in the history of man, to leave the past in the past and begin anew. So go ahead and see for your Self... You Become...
 

That Which You See Your Self Do. 

The soft voice of Inspiration whispers to us ALL. 'The Real Secret to Life’... is in how we chose to respond to Inspiration's call and what promises we decide to keep, make and break... over time.
 

But always remember; only a 'strong sense of purpose' can bend the flow of Inspiration your 'way'.
 

There is a great equalizer for people who need it. For people who don’t seem to get the breaks and for people who know that there must be something more to life than what they have. A driving force within all people that is capable of fueling marvelous accomplishments and the rewards that follow... like money, happiness, love and good health.
 

These 'rewards' are the benefits that go hand in hand with the creation of significant value.
 

The trouble for most people is that while they understand that these so called 'rewards' do come as a result of success, they cannot envision for themselves creating the type of success that could bring such things. And because they lack a commitment to a specific vision for creating success, they feel as though they need to rely on luck or breaks from others or their ability to rationalize why it is OK to go without.
 

Gaining access to this personal power that creates great accomplishments will not require that you have an Ivy League education, powerful friends, a track record of success or a mastery of valuable skills.
 

But what is necessary is a vision of something very special to you. Something intensely meaningful. In short... A Purpose for Your Life.
 

Your full commitment to relentlessly pursue a specific Purpose for your life will determine your sense of satisfaction throughout your life. With it you will embrace and develop the talents, ideas and experiences which serve you well while letting go those that do not. Having “more” in your life will require you to make changes and with a specific purpose for making those changes, you will.
 

You may have set goals before. This is NOT about setting goals… although you will accomplish many. You may have tried to make changes before. This is not about “Trying” to make changes… although many will occur.
 

There were a lot of days that led to... Today and the way that you feel about your tomorrow. In Order to change your future, you must find a way to re-align the coming days.
 

When you choose a cause of purpose in essence you are creating a new lens to understand the value of past experiences and the days ahead. When you learn to see the value of your best and worst days in a different way... you will be on your way to an exciting new day.
 

To begin that journey, I would like to take you to a place in your memories that will make you smile and feel good about yourself. To touch parts of your Self that are special and known only to you.
 

Do you remember the first time that someone helped you discover a talent that you didn’t know existed... A significant other who encouraged your strength and courage... Or when a manager gave you responsibilities beyond what you thought you could do and then you were successful... A parent’s look of surprise as you exceeded their expectations... Can you remember the time when your mother or father told you “you could do it”... The first time someone told you were cute or gave you indications you were special.
 

Do you know what all of these experiences have in common?
 

They were the assurances, the indications, the “proof” and the support that you needed in order for you to begin exhibiting courage, to try new things… and gleam hope for the future. Do you remember how good it felt to be validated or encouraged?
 

All of these experiences were driven by outside influences and as you continued to chase after the approval from others you moved further and further away from understanding the value of your own judgment.
 

That feeling of hope that others have been able to expose within you is only temporary and with it comes a whole series of conditions. Nothing is free in life and you had to give something of value in return for what they gave you.
 

Your submission, your time and your ability to pursue a life that was right for you was indeed a very high price for you to pay. Because sadly there is a down side to waiting for this encouragement from others… it may never come. Or if it does, it comes too late or takes you down a path that is wrong for you.
 

When those words of encouragement weren’t there did you hesitate? Did you think that when others didn’t give you responsibility… that you weren’t capable? Or worst of all have you been waiting for others to have faith in you… so you could have faith in yourself?
 

"Inspired" people aren't just hit by one inspired thought... No. Inspiration comes first in the form of lots and lots of small thoughts of inspiration or "Hmmm Moments".
 

Remember, Inspiration has an order and a flow. So only after the small "leaps of faith" are taken... can a person expect to "attract" the Wow Moment that knocks them off their feet.
 

For most of your life you might have believed that others would facilitate your development or provide your access to a better life and the gradual improvements that you experienced might lead you to believe that your trust was well placed… but it wasn’t.
 

Those with the “power” to develop your talents will do so if they can enjoy the benefits from your growth. As your new skills under development are tested, they are done so within a context where you will only receive a fraction of the benefit, the rest of course going to your benefactor. And while you are improving, there is no reason to celebrate because the rate of your improvement is determined by others who have their own limits and are intent on harnessing your energies for as long as you allow them.
 

"They" not you will determine when you are ready for more and the result is your submission to their will... Not the development of your own.
 

These are the trade-offs that most believe are fair. For how else can you get to the places where you want to be without the guidance of others? That answer will become evident to you as you learn that access to your “hope” is never found through others… but instead through yourself.
 

Remember This: The fraction that others give you in return for your efforts is yours… but so is the rest that they keep from you.
 

In most instances the trade-off is above board and honest and done so with your complete consent… but it is manipulation none the less. This submission was and remains unnecessary and mostly ineffective because what you receive in return is only a mere trace of your personal power.
 

Your growth was hindered not facilitated when your direction was given to you by others… no matter who they are and what their intentions for doing so were. In the coming pages we will discover together the strength that is available to you when you make the determination to choose what your life will have in it.
 

History proves a lack of faith in equality of some, causes the beliefs, rules and laws that prevent individuals from pursuing the thoughts and actions that will eventually prove that they are.
 

All Equals are inevitably brought about with sacrifice, persistence and at times heartbreak and we should expect worthy change and accomplishment to cause sometimes immense discomfort.
 

When others guard the gate and prevent access to your hope… you are being manipulated. It isn’t always sinister but too frequently it is. At various times in our lives, we are all vulnerable and become susceptible to the undue influences of others. Few people are self-determined but for those who are the forces of corruption hold no power over them.
 

Find pain, heartache and despair, and there is someone ready to reap profit or gain advantage. The promise of hope has been the product of thieves, con-men and so-called visionaries for centuries.
 

They tell you that they possess the ability to give you hope. In exchange they ask for your money, your time and worst of all your individual accountability. When they fall short of delivering on their promises (and they always do) you are poorer and more skeptical, and begin to accept that maybe this is all there is for you.
 

Ignore their rhetoric, as hope is not theirs to give. Not for any price. It resides in you, awaiting your embrace.
 

Hope exists! Yes, it does, but it is free and available to you when you choose it. It is not for someone to give to you or sell to you. Hope is about decisions and choices to be made by you in the now moment and in the future. It is the ability to cast aside memories of the past that weaken you, while bringing forward the lessons of those experiences to assist future decisions.
 

Hope is the promise of the next moment. As the next moment needs to be seized and not blindly defaulted to. Hope requires your plans, organization and action, using the energy of your purpose to provide the fuel.
 

Your heart, if you trust it, will provide the course. Do not allow others to diminish your hope… Ever!
 

Hope allows us to overcome discomfort and is directly related to the faith we have in ourselves and in our neighbors.
 

As we open our minds, hearts and souls to inspiration, The Power of Inspiration will be revealed only when the work gets done and results become tangible.
 

Those without hope can't make sense of the discomfort that always comes from doing the work... so they never begin.
 

Without hope, they don't have faith their efforts will ever payout so their attention shifts from self-expansion to other thoughts and activities that don't require any Hope.
 

This 'modern' life is unlike anything mankind has ever seen before and to 'get it right'... in this modern world... it's time to realize that we are all living by a different set of rules. 

Sir Isaac Newton believed in The Philosopher's Stone and Albert Einstein believed that "God does not play dice with the universe". You don't have to believe that you have a mathematical mind like Newton or Einstein to believe you have a mind of your own capable of 'attracting' Inspiration too.
 

Today if you choose, at your fingertips is the beginning of an inspired journey through time and space, no matter who you are and where you come from... IF... you can muster the Freedom, Faith and Courage to bend the flow of Inspiration your way... day after day after day.
 

Technology allows this generation, for the first time in human history an opportunity to share proven WISDOM, insight and knowledge from the best minds... some good, some bad... at every level of economic and social development and that should only mean good news for You and for 'Team America'.
 

Why? Because, Mankind has a special place for the willing underdog for the “every” man and “every” woman who is determined to become more than providence decrees should be.
 

So we get Goosebumps, we get the Chills and we get Inspired by the courage and actions of those who overcome…of those who persevere and of those who rise above life’s burdens to prove humanities flaws and challenges may well yield eternal to mankind’s strength and will.
 

We need our Heroes and stories about Heroes. They are timeless fables that help us see how big we can be. As the Heroes story grows bigger and bigger over time, so do our expectations about what each of us can become over time.
 

But in Our Time it's the Heroes Egos that are growing wildly out of control as they all but shrink away from all the responsibility that comes with being a Hero. 18 years ago Barry Bonds, Roger Clemens, Mark McGwire, Sammy Sosa, Marion Jones and Tiger Woods were all modern day Heroes in the eyes of so many kids around the world.
 

Today, all I can say is where did all the Heroes and Role Models go, and which W.A.Y. will our children go... now that all of their Heroes have gone away?
 

Maybe, these athletes weren't really the Heroes we thought they were to begin with. Maybe, real Heroes are the people who do what they do not for glory, money and fame... but because they "do the right thing" when the right thing is what we need done. And they do what needs to be done, no matter what it costs them.
 

They do what they do not out of Ego but out of love for their children and grandchildren.
 

These are the Heroes that I admire most.
 

Is it really possible that "all PEOPLE are created equal"? Only you can answer that most important question. But this might help some- As you look for clues and the true meaning of those Inspired words, always keep this idea in the front of your mind... With a marvelous gift of self-expansion AND an inclination towards self-defeat... 'All PEOPLE are created Equal' with the choice- to choose what spirit will lead and what spirit will follow... 'More' or 'Less' anyway.
 

Time after time we cheer for our heroes, we cry for them and in a strange mystical way we spiritually become a part of them…briefly of course and only within our minds we share the precious and fleeting senses of time and of viability.
 

Yet when we are done with Susan Boyle, Seabiscuit, Rudy and Coach Carter or the American Idol hopefuls what do we really have to show for our dose of Spiritual Entertainment but perhaps being a few minutes or hours closer to our own inescapable destiny.
 

Of course we think “Good for them" but don’t we also think if only... If only I too had a Wow Moment or maybe a specially designed intention from God. Because let’s face it, deep down inside we all know we could do it too if given the chance. Or more to the point, if we finally knew in our heart and in our mind what Our Soul demanded of us.
 

Certainly if they could… so too could we demonstrate the courage, faith and optimism which continually goes unproven within our daily grind.
 

But what if it wasn’t a “Wow Moment” that our heroes found along their Way? Instead, maybe it was lots and lots of "Hmmm moments". And what if... that chance we have been waiting and looking for doesn't knock us over at first, but instead only moves us slightly.
 

If this is the case as I believe it to be, are you sure you would recognize your moment when it comes? And are you also sure that you haven’t watched your chance to be a Hero go by…maybe even a couple of times?
 

I really don't know for sure what the words that guided me... will mean to you. Will your life change for Good? Will you come to see the light that I see... or choose to see that your 'home team' is a team of destiny?
 

I guess that all depends on what you have the courage to see when you open your eyes to the world around you, how you choose to interpret the "signs" that you see all around you each and every day and whether you develop the Freedom, Faith and Courage to take all the steps of your Hero's Journey and become the Hero that we need... Even if the Role that you choose, turns you into the willing underdog for the first time in your life.
 

In too many places disgrace, bewilderment, sadness and shame have replaced American honor and grace. Future historians will likely call this "The Great Leadership Crisis" or something like it. Twenty-four years of threats to our Americanism... revealed and exercised in plain view of our Nation and the World.
 

What isn't clear yet is how history will judge our response or more importantly, the rate at which individual Americans will choose to respond to their dissatisfaction and set a new course for America... One by One deciding to personally embrace this New Age of Intellectual and Emotional Freedom.
 

One thing is certain. We aren't looking so good right now, are we?
 

America is at war with herself and our leaders have exposed their intent to keep US that way.
 

'They' asked for our reliance to protect what we hold dear but they have failed and only succeeded in proving that our trust was misplaced.

Now You know lots of new 'secrets' to attracting God's Inspiration into your life.
 

Don't be surprised when Inspiration calls your name... day after day after day. Don't be surprised if Inspiration calls You... at 3 am.
