In the age of AI K-12 should be plenty of time getting most Americans ready for the Modern workplace. Advanced degrees will still be necessary for some. Of course. But not for everyone.

The Entrepreneurial Support Centers and E-Fund will make individual skill training and development a primary intention.
The Centers will also provide start-up expertise, seed capital investment and large-scale coordination of federal, state and local resources while building a bridge to existing small and large business entities.
The intent of the Entrepreneurial Support Center is to provide idea incubation until the holder(s) of the idea invests enough "sweat equity" to create value that permits the proposition to stand on its own.
Once a sustainable business model is established, banks and other traditional funding mechanisms will take over.

What if every Soul born into this world was raised to believe that Humanity has reached The 'Magic' Moment. A new time of technological advancement where ALL PEOPLE have the ability to make their dreams come true as long as they learn to believe in The Idea of True Equality.
TRUE EQUALITY... is belief in the idea that...
Equality can't be given- it can only be Proven True over time... one person at a time.
You see... an amazing thing took place on the day The Declaration of Independence was signed. Average white men began to apply their minds, courage and imagination to more than just making food and war... BECAUSE... slowly, very slowly they began believing in the possibilities of their Equality and their potential to bring new value into this world.
Obviously, educational systems and often very painful cultural limitations stunted Humanity's path to belief in True Equality. But 250 years after the signing of The Declaration of Independence *ALL PEOPLE AND CULTURES* across The Globe who learned to believe in their True Equality... created for themselves remarkable advancements. Personally, and culturally. As they ventured to prove their True Equality.
And unfortunately, some... didn't.
250 years after the signing of The Declaration of Independence we have Our Model to end The Global Income Inequality Crisis. All we need to do now is to take... BEST PRACTICES... from all that we have learned over the last 250 years and bring them full-scale.

THE ROOT CAUSE
The Declaration of Independence is too small for Modernity.
That’s it. All of Our Biggest Problems from Income Inequality to Endless War and Terrorism to Authoritarianism and Racism are all in The World today in such magnitude because in 1776 America’s Founders made The Declaration of Independence too small.
Think about it…
IF… The Declaration of Independence were written with the words “all PEOPLE are created equal in every nation state on Earth” instead of just… “All Men”…
THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN NO 9.11.
The French Revolution immediately followed America’s fight for Liberty.
But if it were Global Liberty WE were all fighting for… then, it would have been only a matter of time before every other nation state on Earth followed Our lead too. And when the time came for America’s leaders to pick a side in The Middle East… WE... would have never sided with Kings and Queens over… THE PEOPLE.
Of course, it’s ridiculous to believe Our Founders could have done better than they did given The Dark Times in which they lived, without even a hint of today’s Modern Tech.
But WE surely can.
That's why America's 250th Birthday is so important.
Besides being the perfect organic opportunity for a collective look in The American Mirror... this is also a tremendous opportunity for Modern America to essentially 'edit' The Declaration of Independence and get to The Root Cause of a lot of what has gone so terribly wrong in America and The World.
AMERICAN W.A.Y.
Human minds, especially damaged minds… are unable to process so much Darkness, Division, Hate and War. So, people ‘break’. Often badly. People lose hope. And when they lose hope… they become vulnerable to bad people and bad ideas.
But here's the thing...
Almost 25 years after 9.11... in one way or another and to one degree or another after consuming unsafe levels of Darkness, Division, Hate and War for so long... we are all at least a little damaged.
On the day after 9.11 I began crafting The Nonviolence Solution to Terrorism and almost right away discovered the idea that there was no military solution to Terrorism and that the only way to stop Terrorism is to replace it with better ideas.
That's the 'frame' through which I have viewed ALL of The Post 9.11 Darkness, Division, Hate and War and each and every new manifestation of Extremism that followed.
